Skeletal Chassis models are ideal for conversions that require a low floor and walk-through access from the cab. The vehicle is supplied without a cabin back panel and it incorporates interface points on the B-pillars. This is designed to enable the correct fixing of the conversion. And once converted, the new body contributes to the overall rigidity of the complete vehicle. These models are also ideal for conversions that require a low floor; the Skeletal Chassis floor is 633-635mm^Tooltip, compared to a standard Chassis Cab floor which is 736-738mm^Tooltip.

Low chassis floor

A low chassis floor allows easy entry for conversions, removing the need for a tail lift.

Heavy payload

Built with a strong full ladder frame chassis, the vehicle has a substantial payload capacity of up to 2,390kg.^Tooltip

Open-back cab

Allows unrestricted walk-through access from the cab to the load space of the converted vehicle.

Size Variations

The new front-wheel drive Skeletal Chassis model is highly versatile and it’s engineered to provide strength and efficiency for almost any kind of use. The unique full ladder frame chassis is available in three wheelbase lengths: Medium L2: 5321mm, Long L3: 5771mm and Extra-long L4: 5975mm.
